摘  要:为探索提高人体无氧耐力运动成绩的新理论和新方法,本研究首次采用功能声光训练法对受试者进行功能声光干预训练实验,对实验干预前后心率、血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶和功率等指标进行测定,对实验结果数据统计分析,结果显示:功能声光干预训练对提高50秒连续摸高运动功率效果非常显著,其心率、血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶等生理生化指标也具有显著性优势变化。其机理可能是功能声光从听觉神经和视觉神经不同的条件刺激反射源共同调节中枢兴奋性和运动节奏感,通过神经调节系统和体液调节系统募集更多的运动神经元参与运动,提高无氧供能系统的代谢能力,增强肌肉收缩力量、速度和节奏感,延长兴奋时间推迟疲劳的出现。该实验研究为现代竞技体育训练方法创新提供了新技术和新理论。In order to explore new theories and methods for enhancing human anaerobic endurance performance,this study conducted a novel experiment using the functional audio-visual training method to intervene and train subjects.The experiment measured various indicators such as heart rate,blood lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,and power before and after the intervention.Statistical analysis of the experimental results revealed that functional audio-visual intervention training had a remarkably significant effect on improving power during 50-second continuous vertical jump exercises.Additionally,there were significant advantages observed in physiological and biochemical indicators such as heart rate,blood lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,and creatine kinase.The mechanism behind these improvements may involve the joint regulation of central excitability and motor rhythm by the distinct stimuli from the auditory and visual nerves during functional audio-visual training.By engaging more motor neurons through the neural and humoral regulatory systems,this training method enhances the metabolic capacity of the anaerobic energy system,increases muscle contraction strength,speed,and rhythm,and delays the onset of fatigue.This experimental research provides new technology and theories for innovative approaches to modern competitive sports training.
