实习护生心理健康素养潜在剖面分析及其与心理韧性的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究实习护生的心理健康素养潜在类别,并分析各类别与心理韧性的关系。方法:选取河南省6所三级甲等综合医院1 157名护理实习生,采用一般资料调查表、青少年心理健康素养评定量表、护士心理韧性量表收集资料,对实习护生心理健康素养进行潜在剖面分析,并运用SPSS 25.0软件探索实习护生心理健康素养各类别与心理韧性的关系。结果:实习护生心理健康素养分为高水平组(36.1%)、中低波动组(54.5%)、低下稳定组(9.4%),3组护理实习生学历、家庭居住地、父母文化程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心理健康素养组别、性别、学历是实习护生心理韧性的重要预测因素。结论:实习护生心理健康素养存在3种潜在类别,高水平组实习护生心理韧性更强,应重点关注家住农村、母亲文化程度低的护理实习生。Objective:To explore the potential categories of mental health literacy of nursing students,and to explore the relationship between these categories and psychological resilience.M ethods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 1157 nursing interns from six tertiary grade A hospitals in Henan Province.General data questionnaire,Adolescent Mental Health Literacy Assessment Questionnaire(AMHLAQ)and Nurse Psychological Resilience Scale were used to collect data,and the latent profile analysis of nursing students'mental health literacy was conducted.SPSS 25.0 software was used to explore the relationship between mental health literacy of nursing students and their psychological resilience.Results:Nursing students'mental health literacy was divided into three groups:high level group(36.1%),medium low fluctuation group(54.5%)and low stability group(9.4%).There were statistical differences among the three groups in education level,family residence and parents'education level(P<0.05).Mental health literacy groups,gender and education level were important predictors of psychological resilience for nursing interns.Conclusions:There are three potential categories of nursing students'mental health literacy,and the nursing students with high level of mental health literacy have a strong level of psychological resilience.Clinical attention should be paid to nursing students with low educational level,living in rural areas,and a poorly educated mother.
