摘　　要：蚯蚓具有蛋白质含量高、营养丰富、繁殖力强、易养殖以及环保等优势,可提取抗菌肽、类血小板活化因子和蚯蚓素等生物活性物质,被认为是常规蛋白质饲料最具潜力的替代品。添加蚯蚓或部分替代家禽日粮中蛋白质饲料可提高家禽生长性能和屠宰性能,调节营养物质代谢和抗氧化能力,增强免疫力和抗病力,促进肠道组织发育以及改善肠道菌群结构和产品品质等作用。文章概述了蚯蚓的营养特征和产品形式,总结了其在家禽养殖中的应用研究成果,为蚯蚓在家禽中的高效利用提供参考。Earthworm,characterized with high content of protein,nutritious,strong reproductive ability,easy breeding and environment-friendly,can be extracted some biological active substances such as antimicrobial peptides,platelet-like activating factors and lumbricin.Therefore,it is regarded as the most promising surrogate source for conventional protein feed.There are grow⁃ing evidences which showed that the supplement of earthworm or partial substitution of conventional protein feeds in poultry diets can increase growth performance and carcass characteristics of poultry,regulate metabolism of nutriment and antioxidant activity,enhance body immunity and disease resistance,promote intestinal tissue development,and improve the population of intestinal microbiota and product quality.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics,product forms and current applications of earthworm in poultry were reviewed,which would provide references for efficient utilization and extensive application of earthworm.
