摘  要:文章基于开源的OpenCRG工具包对CRG路面构建进行研究,以路面原始点云数据为输入,利用MATLAB软件搭建程序对路面进行重构并生成CRG路面。同时对网格的颗粒度进行研究,探究其对整车载荷响应的影响,确定兼顾仿真效率与精度的栅格尺寸。进一步地,通过自主搭建的驾驶员模型以匹配实车速度,观测载荷峰值匹配情况,进而确认数字路面特征与实际的一致性。最终,通过实车对标验证了仿真的准确性。The construction of CRG road surface is investigated using the open-source Open⁃CRG toolkit.Raw point cloud data is used as input,and a MATLAB program is built to reconstruct and generate the CRG road surface.The granularity of the mesh is also studied to explore its impact on the response of the vehicle load,and to determine a grid size that balances simulation efficiency and accuracy.Furthermore,an independently developed driver model is used to match the actual ve⁃hicle velocity and observe the matching of load peak values,thereby confirming the consistency be⁃tween the digital and actual road surface features.Lastly,the accuracy of the simulation is verified through benchmarking against real vehicles.
