摘 要:四环素(tetracycline,TC)是一种重要的广谱抗生素,作为常用的兽药,TC可加速畜禽成长,预防疾病发生。但是在未合理应用的情况下,TC可能会残留在动物源性食物中,存在诸多潜在危害。快速且准确地检测TC及其残留物是保证食品基质安全、有效的重要手段。近年来,基于纳米荧光探针的TC快速检测方法因其可用于复杂食品基质的监测和可视化分析,具有灵敏度高、选择性强、检测效率高等优点而受到广泛关注。本文主要对较为常见的纳米荧光探针进行分类,总结和评述近年来检测TC的荧光快速检测方法,并对其发展方向进行展望,以期为建立精准测定复杂食品基质中TC含量的方法提供参考。Tetracycline(TC)is an important broad-spectrum antibiotic.As a commonly used veterinary drug,TC can accelerate the growth of livestock and poultry and prevent the occurrence of diseases.However,when unreasonably applied,TC may remain in animal-derived food,posing many potential hazards.Rapid and accurate detection of TC and its residues is an important tool to ensure the safety and effectiveness of food matrices.In recent years,fluorescence nanoprobes have been used for the monitoring and visual analysis of complex food matrices,which have sparked widespread attention due to their high sensitivity,strong selectivity and high detection efficiency.This paper classifies the common fluorescent nanoprobes,summarizes and reviews rapid fluorescent methods that have been recently developed for the detection of TC,and discusses future directions in this field.It is expected that this paper will provide a reference for the establishment of methods for the accurate determination of TC content in complex food matrices.
