数字经济助力脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接机制

摘　　要：现阶段,我国“三农”工作的重心开始转移,以脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴为重要方向。数字经济的出现为农民、农业、农村赋予了新的内涵,亟需发挥数字经济的市场优势,强化发展数字产业化和产业数字化,实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接。选取脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴作为被解释变量,以数字经济发展水平作为核心解释变量,构建空间计量模型,得到如下研究结论:从整体上来看,我国数字经济的发展水平、脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴存在着正向的自相关性。数字经济的发展具有较强的辐射作用,某一区域内的农业经济发展水平不仅受到本区域生产要素的影响,还会受到邻近区域的生产要素影响。数字经济的发展有助于实现乡村振兴,但是其作用会随着数字经济的发展阶段而出现变化。数字经济的发展与乡村振兴表现出了倒U型关系。在控制变量上,政府财政支出、居民生活水平和受教育程度,均通过了显著性检验,证明这些因素在乡村振兴中也发挥着重要的作用。At the present stage,the center of gravity of our“three-agriculture”work has begun to shift,with poverty alleviation and rural revitalization as the important direction.The emergence of digital economy has given new meaning to farmers,agriculture and rural areas.It is urgent to give full play to the market advantages of digital economy,strengthen the development of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,and realize the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In this paper,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are selected as the explained variables,and the development level of digital economy is taken as the core explanatory variable.A spatial econometric model is constructed,and the following research conclusions are obtained:on the whole,the development level of digital economy,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have positive autocorrelation.The development of digital economy has a strong radiation effect.The development level of agricultural economy in a certain region is not only affected by the production factors of the region,but also by the production factors of neighboring regions.The development of digital economy is helpful to realize rural revitalization,but its role will change with the development stage of digital economy.The development of digital economy and rural revitalization show an inverted U-shaped relationship.In terms of control variables,government financial expenditure,residents’living standard and education level have all passed the significance test,which proves that these factors also play an important role in rural revitalization.
