从地理标志看韶关特色农产品词语的传统文化内涵

摘　　要：韶关生态环境优良,其农产品经常以地理标志作为命名依据,以彰显自身特色。体现在语言符号上,韶关特色农产品词语往往包含“山”“峰”“峡”“岩”等修饰语,或者包含县市名、乡镇名、乡村名等。这些地理标志既指称特色农产品的来源地,也凸显了词语的文化内涵:韶关人眷恋山丘,善用多色土壤资源,韶关地区米茶种植历史悠久,并且接纳过南北移民。Shaoguan has an excellent ecological environment,and its agricultural products are often named after geographical indications to highlight their own characteristics.In the form of language,the words referring to Shaoguan characteristic agricultural products often contain modifiers such as“mountain”,“peak”,“gorge”and“rock”,or include county and city names,township names,village names,etc.These geographical indications not only indicate the origin of characteristic agricultural products,but also show traditional culture of the words as below.Shaoguan people are deeply attached to the hills and make good use of the multi-coloured soil resources.Shaoguan area has a long history of rice and tea cultivation,and received immigrants from the north and south.
