摘  要:随着微电网中分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)种类和数量的增加,微电网黑启动策略也愈加复杂。综合考虑储能荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)及DG出力不确定性的影响,提出一种基于DG黑启动能力在线评估的微电网动态黑启动策略。首先,从DG自身启动特性和周围环境特性2个层面出发建立指标体系,用于评价电源黑启动能力;其次,采用主客观综合评价法在线计算DG黑启动能力评估值,确定对应时段各DG的启动顺序;然后,以恢复路径最短和重要负荷恢复最多为目标建立线路恢复数学模型,并引入DG有功出力预测值进行计算,更新该时段恢复路径及恢复策略;最后,在改进的IEEE 33微电网系统中验证了策略的有效性。With the increasing variety and quantity of distributed generation(DG)in microgrids,the black start strategy of microgrids has become more complex.Comprehensively considering the impact of state of charge(SOC)and DG output uncertainty on energy storage,this article proposes a dynamic black start strategy for microgrids based on online evaluation of DG black start capability.Firstly,an indicator system is established based on the starting characteristics of DG itself and the surrounding environmental characteristics,to evaluate the black start capability of the power supply;Secondly,using a subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the weight of DG black start capability in real-time,and determine the start order of each DG in the corresponding time period;Then,establish a mathematical model for line recovery with the goal of minimizing the recovery path and maximizing the important load.The DG active output prediction value is introduced for calculation,and the recovery path and strategy for this period are updated;Finally,the availability of the tactics was verified in the improved IEEE 33 microgrid system.
