摘　　要：企业培训管理属于企业管理工作中的一个重要内容,其能够对企业人力资源是否得到高效利用产生直接影响。随着现代化网络信息技术的发展,传统的企业培训管理工作已不能适应新时代员工培训发展的步伐,各种问题和不足也逐渐显现出来。因此,文章针对“互联网+”背景下的企业培训管理融合举措进行了分析和探讨。Enterprise training management is an important part of enterprise management,which can have a direct impact on the eff icient use of human resources.With the development of modern network information technology,the traditional enterprise training management has been unable to adapt to the pace of staff training and development in the new era,and various problems and def iciencies have gradually emerged.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the integration measures of enterprise training management under the background of“internet+”.
