摘　　要：制造业数字化转型为应用技术人才的培养带来了新的挑战。应用型高校应不断改进优化人才培养方案,完善顶层设计与质量标准,深化校企合作与产教融合,创新教学内容与方法,加强教师、学生与管理服务队伍建设,从而培养出合格的数字化人才。The digital transformation of manufacturing industry has brought new challenges to the cultivationof applied technical talents.Applied universities and colleges should continuously improve and optimize talent cultivation plans,perfect top-level design and quality standards,deepen university-enterprise cooperation and industry-educationintegration,innovate teaching contents and methods,and strengthen the team construction of teachers,students,and management services,so as to cultivate qualified digital talents.
