摘 要:油茶籽粕是油茶籽榨油之后剩余的副产物,富含多种营养成分,可作为一种优质的非常规饲料原料。茶皂素是油茶籽粕中的主要抗营养成分,过量的茶皂素对畜禽具有溶血作用,严重限制了油茶籽粕在饲料产业中的应用。目前对茶皂素的脱毒方法有蒸气爆破、浸提法和生物法。为进一步提高油茶籽粕的应用范围,文章对油茶籽粕中茶皂素的脱毒方法进行了总结,并对油茶籽粕在畜禽饲料中的应用研究和茶皂素的开发利用进行总结,以期提高油茶籽粕的综合利用价值。Camellia oleifera seed meal is a kind of by-product and rich in various nutrients,which can be used as a high-quality unconventional feed ingredient.Tea saponin is the main anti-nutritional component in Camellia oleifera seed meal.Excessive tea saponin could cause hemolysis in livestock and poultry,thus the application of Camellia oleifera seed meal in the feed industry is severely limited.Currently,the detoxification methods of tea saponin include steam explosion,solvent extraction,biological method,and etc.To further expand the application scope and improve the comprehensive utilization value of Camellia oleifera seed meal,the present review summarized the detoxification methods of tea saponin in Camellia oleifera seed meal,the application of Camellia oleifera seed meal in livestock,and the development and utilization of tea saponin.
