摘 要:匹配追踪插值技术是数据规则化和数据重构的关键技术,但其重构的可靠性和保真度目前学术界研究较少.本文首先梳理了匹配追踪插值与压缩感知技术的关系,认为匹配追踪插值是在稀疏表示和数据重建阶段应用了压缩感知技术;然后基于塔里木盆地库车复杂山地资料的实例,从抽稀采样强度、采样方式、稀疏域表示及重建算法等方面,开展三维和五维匹配追踪插值的对比试验及分析.研究结果表明:(1)匹配追踪插值技术重构数据能力很强,不仅在三维数据体还是在叠前五维道集上,25%的随机抽稀都能可靠地重构数据,它可以作为是否保真或可靠的门槛值.(2)同等抽稀条件下,随机采样的恢复数据的能力要明显强于规则采样;双编织采样可以作为随机采样替代选择.(3)Radon域的表示比Fourier域更稀疏,其重建性能优于后者.(4)同等抽稀强度下,检波点抽稀五维重建与炮点五维抽稀重建具有相近的效果.The matching pursuit interpolation technology is the key technology for data regularization and data reconstruction.However,its reliability and fidelity has attracted widespread attention and there is little research on this issue in academia.This article first sorts out the relationship between matching pursuit interpolation and compressed sensing technology,which present that matching pursuit interpolation is the application of compressed sensing technology in the sparse representation and data reconstruction stage.Then the comparative experiments of three-dimensional and five-dimensional matching pursuit interpolation are carried out from the several aspects of sparse sampling intensity,sampling method,sparse domain representation and reconstruction algorithm,based on the example of complex mountainous area,The results show that:(1)The ability to reconstruct data by matching pursuit interpolation is very strong,25%random sampling can reliably reconstruct data not only in 3D poststack data but also in 5D prestack cmp gathers,and can be used as a threshold for fidelity.(2)Under the same sampling conditions,the ability of random sampling to recover data is significantly stronger than regular sampling.Double weave sampling can be used as an alternative to random sampling.(3)The representation of data in the Radon domain is more sparse than the Fourier domain,and its reconstruction performance is better than the latter.(4)Under the same sparse sampling intensity,the 5D reconstruction of the receivers and the 5D reconstruction of the shots have similar effects.
