摘 要:在中国“双碳”目标背景下,关注数字经济减碳效应在农业领域的影响。利用2010—2020年中国区域面板数据,引入社会化服务角度,通过回归分析模型实证检验区域数字经济发展对农业碳排放的影响机制,并从时间和空间两维度刻画数字经济发展对农业碳排放的动态效应和溢出效应,以期为依靠数字化路径实现农业低碳转型和“双碳”目标、推动农业绿色发展提供量化支撑和理论依据。结果发现:区域数字经济发展对农业碳排放强度有显著抑制作用,且通过提升农业社会化服务水平这一路径会间接影响该抑制作用;区域数字经济发展对农业碳排放强度影响确实存在滞后效应,对将来的农业碳排放强度仍存在较强抑制效果;数字经济发展具有显著空间溢出效应,即本地区数字经济发展对其他省份农业碳排放强度也存在显著抑制作用;数字经济发展降低农业碳排放强度的作用由经济发展落后地区向经济发达地区增强,呈现明显的空间异质性特征。基于此,提出要提升相关农业社会化服务数字化水平、充分利用数字技术和数据要素的时间红利等建议。In the context of carbon neutrality and emission peak strategy of China,this paper focus on the impact of carbon reduction effect of digital economy in the agricultural sector.Using China's regional panel data from 2010 to 2020,it introduces the perspective of socialized services,empirically examines the impact mechanism of regional digital economy development on agricultural carbon emissions through a regression analysis model,and portrays the dynamic effect and spillover effect of digital economy development on agricultural carbon emissions in both time and space,in order to provide quantitative support and theoretical basis for realizing the transformation of agricultural low-carbon and the goals of carbon neutrality and emission peak by relying on the digital path,and promoting the green development of agriculture.The results find that:the development of regional digital economy has a significant inhibitory effect on agricultural carbon emission intensity,and it will be indirectly affected by the path of improving the level of agricultural socialization service;the development of regional digital economy does have a lag effect on agricultural carbon emission intensity,and it still has a strong inhibitory effect on agricultural carbon emission intensity in the future;the development of digital economy has a significant spatial spillover effect,that is,the development of digital economy in this region also has a significant inhibitory effect on the agricultural carbon emission intensity in other provinces;the role of digital economy development in reducing agricultural carbon emission intensity has been enhanced from backward areas with economic development to economically developed areas,showing obvious characteristics of spatial heterogeneity.Based on the above results,it proposes to improve the digitization level of relevant agricultural socialized services,and make full use of the time dividend of digital technology and data elements,and other related suggestions.
