摘　　要：气候变化影响老年人群生命健康, 研究结果表明气温变化引起血糖波动是诱发老年缺血性卒中不可忽略的因素之一。季节更替引起气温变化影响血糖水平的波动, 在高温与低温期间均可增加老年缺血性卒中发病。因此, 有必要对血糖波动的季节性变化及其与老年缺血性卒中相关性进行分析, 并探讨应对气温变化的老年人群血糖管理策略。The impact of climate change on the health of elderly individuals is a growing concern.Research has shown that fluctuations in blood glucose levels,resulting from temperature changes,can trigger ischemic stroke in elderly patients.This effect is observed in both high and low temperatures,highlighting the need for effective prevention strategies to mitigate the risk of stroke among vulnerable populations.It is necessary to analyze the seasonal variation of blood glucose fluctuation and its correlation with elderly ischemic stroke,and explore the blood glucose management strategies to cope with temperature change among the elderly population.
