摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机运行的可靠性和生产效率,实现采煤机控制系统根据实际工况达到自动化调速控制的功能尤为重要。在对采煤机自动化调速原理和模糊PID、PID控制原理分析的基础上,建立采煤机自动化调速控制仿真模型,并完成仿真参数的设置,对矢量PID和模糊PID控制的效果进行对比,为今后模糊PID的实践应用奠定基础。In order to further improve the reliability and productivity of coal mining machine operation,it is particularly important to realize the function of automatic speed control of coal mining machine control system according to the actual working conditions.On the basis of the analysis of the principle of automatic speed control of coal mining machine and the principle of fuzzy PID and PID control,a simulation model of automatic speed control of coal mining machine is established,and the setting of simulation parameters is completed to compare the effect of vector PID and fuzzy PID control,so as to lay the foundation for the practical application of fuzzy PID in the future.
