摘  要:传统的矿用钻车在工作时需要通过人工换杆,这种方式不但降低了钻车的钻孔效率,而且增加了工人的劳动强度。基于此,设计出了一种新型的煤矿换杆液压钻车。其采用的是全液压驱动模式,行走方式采用履带式,并搭配自动换杆装置。为了进一步验证其可靠性,将其进行了工业性试验。结果表明,该钻车能够很好地完成自动换杆的过程,同时具有结构紧凑的特点,能够实现井下的自由运行。The traditional mining drill truck needs to be changed by hand when working,which not only reduces the driling efficiency of the truck,but also increases the labour intensity of workers.In order to solve this problem,a new type of hydraulic drill truck for coal mine rod changing was designed.It adopts a fully hydraulic drive mode,with a crawler travel mode,and is paired with an automatic rod-changing device.In order to further verify its reliability,it was subjected to industrial tests,which showed that the drll truck is able to complete the automatic rod changing process well,and at the same time has a compact structure that enables free operation downhole.
