我国民族地区飞地经济模式分析

摘　　要：飞地经济模式在我国不断扩展并取得成功,为助力我国跨区域间的经济协调发展和脱贫攻坚发挥了不可替代的作用。我国民族地区飞地经济的引入时间、实践时间、合作城市、主导产业、空间跨度等都各不相同,不同民族地区在模式选择、运行机制、产业匹配度等也有所不同。本研究对我国民族八省区现有飞地经济运行模式进行分析,结合当地主要实践案例,横向比较不同民族地区之间飞地经济模式特点,以此探索适合民族地区的飞地经济模式,为我国民族地区飞地经济模式的实践方向、模式选择、运行机制构建等提供理论参考。The enclave economic model has been expanding and achieved success in China,which has played an irreplaceable important role in helping China's cross regional economic coordinated development and poverty alleviation.The introduction time,practice time,cooperative cities,leading industries and space span of enclave economy in ethnic minority areas in China are different,and different ethnic minority areas have different model selection,operation mechanism and industrial matching degree.This study analyzes the existing enclave economic operation mode in eight ethnic provinces of China,and compares the characteristics of enclave economic mode among different ethnic regions horizontally in combination with the main local practice cases,so as to analyze the enclave economic mode suitable for ethnic regions,and provide some theoretical reference for the practical direction,mode selection,and operation mechanism construction of enclave economic mode in ethnic regions of China.
