摘 要:针对双三相永磁同步电机发生匝间短路故障、偏心故障、退磁故障影响系统稳定运行的问题,为了能够及时诊断电机故障,提高双三相永磁同步电机可靠性,提出一种在定子齿部放置跨极式探测线圈的方法,实现双三相永磁同步电机故障检测与辨识。分析了跨极式探测线圈的工作原理,研究了双三相永磁同步电机在匝间短路故障、偏心故障、退磁故障下,跨极式探测线圈端口电压谐波变化规律,利用奇数次谐波来判断匝间短路故障和静态偏心故障,利用分数次谐波来判断局部退磁故障和动态偏心故障,给出了利用跨极式探测线圈进行故障诊断的思路。采用联合仿真研究验证了基于探测线圈故障诊断方法的有效性,为双三相永磁同步电机故障诊断提供了一种有效手段。To address the problem of inter-turn short circuit fault,eccentricity fault,and demagnetization fault in dual three phase permanent magnet synchronous motors(DTP-PMSMs),which affects the stable operation of the system,a method of placing a transpolar search coil was proposed on the stator tooth to realize the fault detection and identification of DTP-PMSM.The working principle of the transpolar search coils was analyzed,and the harmonic variation law of the transpolar search coil voltage under inter-turn short circuit fault,eccentricity fault,and demagnetization fault of DTP-PMSM was studied.Odd harmon-ics were used to judge inter-turn short circuit fault and static eccentricity fault,and fractional harmonics were used to judge local demagnetization fault and dynamic eccentricity fault.The idea of using transpolar search coil for fault diagnosis was given.
