摘  要:针对电缆行业应用的镀银铜线的电镀工艺与镀银层抗氧化变色问题,为进一步提高镀层质量,介绍了公司应用的铜线高速镀银的实际生产及镀银层质量控制的经验,分析了高速镀银生产过程中出现的黄点、黄斑、黑点及氧化变色等故障的原因。从铜线镀银预处理、高速电镀银工艺参数、钝化后处理以及包装材料等方面提出了相应的电镀工艺改进建议,为今后高性能铜线电缆的高速镀银生产打下技术基础。In view of the electroplating process of silver plated copper wire used in cable industry and the problem of anti-oxidation discoloration of silver coating,in order to further improve the coating quality,the actual production of high-speed silver plating of copper wire used by the company and the experience of silver coating quality control were introduced and the causes of yellow spot,macula,black spot and other oxidation discoloration failure in the process of high-speed silver plating were analyzed.Some suggestions for improvement of plating process were put forward from the aspects of pretreatment of copper wire silver plating,process parameters of high-speed silver plating,post-passivation treatment and packaging materials,which laid a technical foundation for high-speed silver plating production of high-performance copper wire and cable in the future.
