中国式现代化进程中学校体育高质量发展的内在逻辑、本质要求与推进路径

摘　　要：中国式现代化赋予学校体育高质量发展新的时代内涵。体育是中华民族教育基因的重要组成部分;坚持社会主义办学方向,把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位;以马克思主义为指导,坚持中国特色全面发展教育理论共同构成了学校体育高质量发展的内在逻辑。学校体育高质量发展的本质要求表现为以“五个重大原则”为根本遵循、以立德树人为根本任务、以“健康第一”为根本理念和以“教会、勤练、常赛”为根本方法。在中国式现代化进程中推进学校体育高质量发展,要围绕坚持中国特色学校体育发展道路,增强文化自信自强;坚持立德树人,深化体育教育教学改革;完善资源配置,推进协同育人;提供学校体育现代化的“中国方案”四方面持续发力。The Chinese-style modernization has given a new contemporary connotation to the high-quality development of school physical education.The internal logic of high-quality development of school physical education is composed of three parts that physical education is an important part of the Chinese nation’s education gene;adhering to the socialist direction of running schools,education is put in the strategic position of priority development;and guided by Marxism,the theory of comprehensive development of education with Chinese characteristics is upheld.The essential requirements of the high-quality development of school physical education take“Five Major Principles”as fundamental principle,“fostering virtue through education”as fundamental task,“Health First”as fundamental concept,and“skill taught,hard practice,regular play”as fundamental method.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,to promote the high-quality development of school physical education must focus on four aspects sustainably:adhering to the development path of physical education with Chinese characteristics;enhancing cultural self-confidence and self-improvement;maintaining fostering virtue through education and deepening teaching reform of physical education;improving resource allocation and promoting collaborative education;and providing the“Chinese-style Plan”for the modernization of school physical education.
