中西医结合应用于早期子宫内膜癌患者保留生育力治疗后的助孕策略

摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是对育龄期女性危害极大的恶性肿瘤之一,对于有生育要求的早期子宫内膜癌患者,西医治疗原则是通过严格把控保留生育力治疗指征,权衡有效治疗方案,密切随访预防复发,积极助孕。中医治疗原则为:已病早治,防其传变;瘥后调摄,防其复发;固护冲任,预培其损。本文以中西医结合治疗早期子宫内膜癌术后薄型子宫内膜病例为引导,对中西医结合应用于早期子宫内膜癌患者保留生育力治疗后的助孕策略及研究进展进行综述,以期为该类患者创造安全的时间窗从而实现妊娠和生育。Endometrial cancer is one of the most harmful malignant tumors in women of childbearing age.The principle of Western medicine is to strictly control and preserve fertility treatment indications,weigh effective treatment protocols,closely follow up to prevent recurrence,and actively assist in pregnancy.The Chinese medicine treatment principle is to treat the disease early to prevent its malignant transformation,taking care after the disease to prevent its recurrence,reinforcing and protecting the thoroughfare and conception vessels,compensating weakness in advance.This paper is guided by the application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with thin endometrium after surgery for early endometrial cancer,and reviews the pregnancy assistance strategies and research progress of the application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the fertility preservation treatment for early endometrial cancer patients,with the aim of creating a safe time window for such patients to achieve pregnancy and fertility.
