论《红楼梦》中韵文的结构功能

摘　　要：中国古代小说中存在大量的诗、词、曲、赋等韵文,这既是中国古代小说普遍存在的现象,也是古代小说最突出的文体现象。学界一般认为这些韵文与小说叙事没有太多关系,而只强调这些韵文在提高小说的地位、引出故事、塑造人物、渲染气氛等方面的作用。事实上并非如此,《红楼梦》中的韵文不但有多种叙事功能,而且还有着结构小说的功能。一些韵文不但确定了小说的叙事走向,也确定了小说的整体架构;书首诗、书尾诗、回前诗和回后诗,这类位置叙述韵文使全书和每个章回形成了首尾照应的格局;全部回目犹如一篇用韵文写成的故事梗概,形成了一条纵贯全书的叙事线索。韵文叙事与散文叙事的结合使小说形成了由两条平行对应的叙事线索构成的复合叙事结构。There are a large number of rhymes such as poetry,ci,qu,fu,etc.in ancient Chinese nov‐els,which is not only a common phenomenon in ancient Chinese novels,but also the most prominent liter‐ary phenomenon in ancient novels.The academic community generally believes that these verses have little to do with the narrative of novels,and only emphasizes the role of these verses in enhancing the status of novels,introducing stories,shaping characters,and enhancing atmosphere.In fact,this is not the case.The rhymes in A Dream of Red Mansions not only have various narrative functions,but also have the function of structural novels.Some verses not only determine the narrative direction of the novel,but also determine the overall structure of the novel.The narrative rhymes at the beginning,end,beginning,and end of the book form a pattern of correspondence between the entire book and each chapter.Looking back all the time is like a story outline written in verse,forming a narrative clue throughout the book.The combination of verse narration and prose narration makes the novel form a compound narrative structure composed of two parallel narrative clues.
