摘　　要：随着民办高等教育的快速发展,民办高校党建工作的重要性和紧迫性日趋凸显。因办学体制不同,民办高校党建工作在领导体制、工作认识、组织建设、制度职责上具有其特殊性。这就决定了新时代民办高校党建工作要在强化党的领导以把握正确办学方向、筑牢理想信念以提升思想引领、坚持应建必建以增强党组织凝聚力,健全体制机制以确保党建着力点四个层面下功夫,以此把民办高校党建工作落细落小落实。With the rapid development of private higher education,the importance and urgency of par‐ty building work in private universities are becoming increasingly prominent.Due to different educational systems,the party building work in private universities has its unique characteristics in terms of leadership system,work awareness,organizational construction,and institutional responsibilities.It has been decided that the party building work in private universities in the new era should focus on strengthening party lead‐ership to grasp the correct direction of education,building ideals and beliefs to enhance ideological guid‐ance,adhering to the principle of building must be built to enhance the cohesion of party organizations,im‐proving institutional mechanisms to ensure the focus of party building at four levels,and implementing the party building work in private universities in a small and detailed manner.
