超声引导下穿刺联合四子散热敷治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究超声引导下穿刺联合四子散热敷治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月佛山市南海区第六人民医院收治的100例乳腺单纯性囊肿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者采用日常生活健康教育、避免危险因素及中成药桂枝茯苓丸治疗,在对照组的基础上,观察组患者采用超声引导下穿刺联合四子散热敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、囊肿大小、复发率、生活质量、治疗满意度及不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的囊肿直径短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后3、6个月的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺单纯性囊肿患者采用超声引导下穿刺联合四子散热敷治疗安全可行,有利于提高治愈率,缩小囊肿直径,降低复发率,提高患者的治疗满意度及生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided puncture combined with Sizi Pulvis hot compress in the treatment of simple breast cysts.Methods A total of 100 patients with simple breast cysts from the Sixth People's Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with daily life health education,avoiding risk factors and using traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Guizhi Fuling Pill.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with ultrasound guided puncture combined with Sizi Pulvis hot compress.The clinical efficacy,cyst size,recurrence rate,quality of life,treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cyst diameter of observation group was shorter than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of 3 and 6 months after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score of observation group was higher than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and feasible to treat simple breast cyst with ultrasound-guided puncture combined with Sizi Pulvis hot compress,which is beneficial to improve the cure rate,reduce the cyst diameter,reduce the recurrence rate,and imp
