摘　　要：目的了解专科护生对“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”的认知、意愿与培训需求,为壮大“互联网+护理服务”的后备力量,进一步创新和完善该服务模式提供参考。方法采用自制问卷对湖南省5所高职高专院校大二和大三的1335名护生进行在线问卷调查。结果仅19.6%的专科护生对“互联网+护理服务”有了解,对“互联网+护理服务”的优势评价在57.9%~71.5%,参与“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”的意愿为64.9%,对“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”培训需求为70.9%。结论专科护生对“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”认知率较低,参与意愿高,培训需求度高,建议院校合作共同开发“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”居家护理相关课程,开展规范化培训,加大对新兴护理模式的宣传力度,鼓励护生积极参与,以专科护生对“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”的认知与意愿为导向,进一步创新和完善该服务模式,相关部门完善相关法律规定,在确保老年人安全的情况下引导“互联网+老年家庭护理服务”在护生群体中进行尝试和应用。Objective To understand the cognition,willingness and training needs of junior college nursing students on"Internet+home nursing service for the aged",so as to provide a reference for strengthening the reserve force of"Internet+nursing service"and further innovating and improving the service model.Methods An online questionnaire survey was con-ducted among 1335 sophomore and junior nursing students from 5 higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province using a self-made questionnaire.Results Only 19.6%of junior college nursing students had an understanding of"Internet+nursing services",and their evaluation of the advantages of"Internet+nursing services"ranged from 57.9%to 71.5%.The willing-ness to participate in"Internet+home nursing services for the elderly"was 64.9%,and the training demand for"Internet+home nursing services for the elderly"was 70.9%.Conclusion Junior college nursing students have a low awareness rate of"Internet+home nursing service for the aged",a high willingness to participate,and a high training demand.It is suggested that colleges and universities cooperate to develop"Internet+home nursing service for the aged"home nursing related courses,carry out standardized training,increase the publicity of new nursing models,and encourage nursing students to ac-tively participate.Guided by the cognition and willingness of junior college nursing students on"Internet+home nursing service for the aged",the service model was further innovated and improved.The relevant departments improved relevant laws and regulations,and guided the"Internet+home nursing service for the aged"to be tried and applied in nursing stu-dents under the condition of ensuring the safety of the elderly.
