脑循环功能治疗仪联合针刺治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析在针刺基础上予以急性脑梗死患者循环功能治疗仪的作用。方法回顾性分析2021年8月—2022年8月就诊于济南市第五人民医院的100例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式分为两组,每组50例。对照组予以针刺疗法,观察组联合使用循环功能治疗仪,对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后血流动力学、神经功能和生活质量。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,大脑血流速度(前动脉、中动脉和后动脉)和生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以急性脑梗死患者循环功能治疗仪联合针刺疗法,可有效治疗疾病,对脑组织血流动力学有改善作用,可促进神经功能的恢复,改善生活质量作用明显。Objective To analyze the effect of the circulatory function therapeutic instrument for patients with acute cerebral infarction on the basis of acupuncture.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jinan Fifth People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with circulatory function therapy.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamics,nerve function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of control group 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).The neurological impairment score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the cerebral blood flow velocity(anterior artery,middle artery and posterior artery)and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively treat the disease,improve the hemodynamics of brain tissue,promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the quality of life.
