升阳益胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效初探

摘　　要：目的探讨升阳益胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月济南市第五人民医院收治的80例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,根据不同护理方式分为两组,对照组(40例)接受常规的西药疗法,观察组(40例)接受升阳益胃汤治疗。比较两组临床症状、总有效率、病理积分。结果观察组的临床症状评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05);治疗后观察组的病理积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的作用显著,可以有效改善患者胃胀、胃痛的情况,避免患者始终面临着倦怠乏力、大便稀溏的症状,提升了患者的有效率,也使患者的病理积分有所降低,对患者病情的缓解具有重要意义。Objective To explore the curative effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness treated in Ji'nan Fifth People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(40 cases)received conventional western medicine therapy,and the observation group(40 cases)received Shengyang Yiwei Decoction treatment.The clinical symptoms,total effective rate and pathological score of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom score of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of control group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).After treatment,the pathological score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction has a significant effect on the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness,which can effectively improve the situation of gastric distension and stomach pain,and avoid the symptoms of fatigue,fatigue and loose stool,which improves the syndrome efficacy of patients and reduces the pathological score of patients,which is of great significance for the remission of patients'conditions.
