摘 要:为研究ASA(丙烯酸-苯乙烯-丙烯腈)高分子模板与盘扣支架组合承重体系在混凝土浇筑过程中的受力和变形规律,在宁波市奉化区医院施工场地内监测一个包括现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙和梁板结构的试验段施工,采用数字化传感器实时采集数据,分析ASA高分子模板施工的支撑轴力、模板变形等指标的变化规律。结果表明:该承重体系具有刚度大、变形小、安全可靠的优点,可满足现浇钢筋混凝土结构支模架施工的要求。In order to study the force and deformation law of ASA(acrylic acid-styrene-acrylate)polymer formwork and disc buckled support combined load-bearing system in the process of concrete casting,a test section construction including cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall and beam-slab structure was monitored in the construction site of Fenghua District Hospital in Ningbo,and digital sensors were used to collect data in real time to analyze the support axis force,formwork deformation and other indicators of AsA polymer formwork construction.The results show that the load-bearing system has the advantages of large stiffness,small deformation,safety and reliability,and can meet the requirements of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure supporting frame construction.
