摘 要:频域反射法(frequency domain reflection,FDR)是一种典型的电缆缺陷无损检测方法。针对传统FDR方法存在的问题,该文提出了频域反射法中电缆缺陷的时域诊断波形转化方法。首先利用广义S变换分析反射信号的能量分布。然后划定各反射信号的能量子区域开展独立分析,以降低各反射信号相互干扰和电缆中衰减效应的影响。最后将选定的能量子矩阵区域转化成电缆缺陷的时域诊断波形,并利用该波形对电缆缺陷进行定位和辨识。文中对500 m的仿真电缆模型、40m的同轴电缆和105m的10k V交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)电力电缆进行了实验,验证了所提方法可以转化出电缆中缺陷的时域诊断波形,并可以借助该波形准确定位和辨识电缆中阻抗增大和阻抗减小的缺陷。The frequency domain reflection(FDR)method is a typical non-destructive defect detection method for cable.To solve the problems in the traditional FDR method,the conversion method of cable defect time domain diagnostic waveform in frequency domain reflection is proposed in this paper.The energy distribution of the reflected signal is obtained by the generalized S-transform.Then the energy sub-region of each reflected signal is obtained for independent analysis,to avoid the mutual interference of reflected signals and reduce the influence of the attenuation effect in the cable.Finally,the energy sub-region is converted into the time domain diagnostic waveform of cable defect,and the waveform is used to locate and identify cable defect.The experiments are conducted on a 500 m simulation cable model,40 m coaxial cable,and 105 m 10 kV XLPE power cable in this paper.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the time domain diagnostic waveform of the defect in the cable.The defects with increased and reduced impedance are located and identified through the time domain diagnostic waveform.
