摘  要:目的研究质量控制管理在中心血站血液成分制备中的应用效果。方法广西百色市中心血站从2021年1月开始实施血液成分制备的质量控制管理,从实施质量控制管理前2020年3—12月随机抽取400份血液制备成品作为对照组,另外选取在该时间内工作的10名工作人员,实施常规管理;从实施质量控制管理后2021年3—12月随机抽取400份血液制备成品作为观察组,另外选取在该时间内工作的10名工作人员,实施质量控制管理,将两组的血液制备成品检测合格率进行组间比较分析。结果观察组血液制备成品检测合格率为99.50%(398/400),高于对照组的91.25%(365/400),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的工作质量评分大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将质量控制管理运用在中心血站的血液成分制备工作中能够最大程度上提高血液制备成品的合格率,提高血液成分制备的整体质量,重视血站血液成分制备工作的工作方式和工作质量有重要意义。Objective To study the application effect of quality control management in the preparation of blood compo⁃nents in the central blood station.Methods Guangxi Baise Central Blood Station began to implement the quality con⁃trol management of blood component preparation from January 2021,and randomly selected four hundred blood prepa⁃ration products before the implementation of quality control management from March to December 2020 as the control group.In addition,ten staff members working during this time are selected to implement routine management.After the implementation of quality control management from March to December 2021,four hundred blood samples were randomly selected to prepare finished products as the observation group.In addition,ten staff members working during this time were selected to implement quality control management.The qualified rate of blood preparation of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The qualified rate of blood preparation was 99.50%(398/400)in the ob⁃servation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 91.25%(365/400),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control manage⁃ment in the preparation of blood components in central blood stations can maximize the qualified rate of blood prepara⁃tion products and improve the overall quality of blood component preparation.It is of great significance to pay atten⁃tion to the working mode and quality of blood component preparation in blood stations.
