摘 要:目的探讨眼科病区管理中应用“5S”管理方法的效果和应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院眼科病区22名工作人员作为研究对象,开展质量管理,2022年1—12月应用“5S”管理方法进行病区、人员管理;2021年1—12月设置为管理前,采用常规管理方法进行病区、人员管理。比较管理前后病区、人员管理质量和眼科工作人员工作质量。结果管理后眼科病区管理质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后眼科人员管理质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后眼科工作人员工作质量均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“5S”管理方法能够提升眼科病区管理质量,有利于规范眼科工作人员各项行为、技术,提高其工作效能。Objective To explore the effect and application value of"5S"management method in ophthalmic ward management.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,22 staff from the ophthalmic ward of the First Affili⁃ated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects to carry out quality management.From January to December 2022,the"5S"management method was used to manage the ward and staff;from January to December 2021,routine management methods will be used for ward and personnel management before the establishment of management.Compared the quality of ward and person⁃nel management before and after management,as well as the work quality of ophthalmic staff.Results The manage⁃ment quality scores of ophthalmic wards after management were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of ophthalmic personnel of after management were higher than those of before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work qual⁃ity of ophthalmic of staff after management was higher than that of before management,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"5S"management method can improve the quality of ophthalmic ward manage⁃ment,help standardize the behavior and technology of ophthalmic staff,improve their work efficiency.
