摘  要:目的探讨应用以(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在检验科进行实习带教的效果,分析对教学质量、教学效果的影响。方法选择2022年3月—2023年1月郴州市第一人民医院检验科实习生70名。按照随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各35名,对照组采取传统教学法,观察组运用PBL教学法。对比两组考核成绩、教学质量。结果出科时,观察组基础能力的理论、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论深化、临床思维提升、实践教学、仪器理论教学的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科实习带教中应用PBL教学法能够获得理想效果,可提高教学质量、效果,有利于提高实习生基础能力理论掌握程度和操作技巧的熟练度,可推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method to practice teaching in laboratory,and analyze the influence on teaching quality and teaching effect.Methods 70 interns from the clinical Laboratory of Chenzhou First People´s Hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 partici⁃pants each.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the PBL teaching method.The assessment results and teaching quality of the two groups were compared.Results At the time of graduation,the theoretical and operational test scores of basic ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theory deepening,clinical thinking improvement,practical teaching and instrument theory teaching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching can achieve ideal results,improve the teaching quality and effect,and help to improve the basic ability of interns to master the theory and the proficiency of operational skills,which can be popularized and applied.
