摘 要:目的研究中医肿瘤内科应用专科标准计划联合一对一教学的效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院肿瘤内科和沈阳市第十人民医院肿瘤科的60例实习生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例、观察组30例。对照组给予常规一对一教学,观察组在对照组的基础上结合专科标准教学计划,2组均教学1个月。比较教学前后2组实习生的考核成绩与教学后2组实习生对教学的满意度及各项工作能力评分。结果与教学前比,教学后2组实习生的专业操作能力、理论知识成绩均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,观察组实习生的满意度及各项工作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专科标准计划联合一对一教学在中医肿瘤内科应用可提高实习生各项考核成绩,同时可提高其工作能力,整体满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of specialized standard plan joint one-to-one teaching in oncology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 interns in the department of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given regular one-to-one teaching and the observation group was combined with specialized standard plan on the basis of the control group.Both groups were taught for one month.The assessment results of the two groups before and after teaching,the teaching satisfaction and various work abilities scores after teaching were compared.Results Compared with the period before teaching,the professional operation abil-ity and theoretical knowledge scores of interns in both groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the satisfaction and various work abilities scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized standard plan joint one-to-one teaching in oncology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the medical students’assessment scores and their ability to work at the same time,and has a high overall satisfaction.
