摘  要:目的探讨思维导图教学应用于中医护理研讨课程的效果,为中医护理教学实施构建路径。方法选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院护理部64名护理人员作为中医护理研讨课程的研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组32名,对照组实施常规教学模式,观察组实施思维导图教学模式,以中医藏象学说研讨课程为例,培训后,对2组护士进行研讨效果的总体评价,并且对32名观察组护士进行满意度调查,总体验证思维导图教学模式是否有助于中医研讨课程。结果观察组护理人员中医理论考核成绩为(93.41±1.52)分,高于对照组的考核成绩(83.56±3.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组32份问卷调查满意率为90.94%,观察组护士均认可思维导图的有效性。结论思维导图教学能将藏象学说的各级关系用相互隶属的形式表现出来,使护理人员思路清晰、分析准确,有利于护理人员在研讨过程中具备结构化思维能力、理解性记忆能力。Objective To investigate the applying effect of mind mapping in traditional Chinese medicine nursing seminar course,and construct a path for TCM nursing teaching implementation.Methods 64 nurses in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research objects of TCM nursing seminar,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 nurses in each group.Taking the seminar course of zang-xiang theory of TCM as an example,the control group imple-mented conventional teaching mode,and the observation group implemented mind map teaching mode.After training,the overall ef-fect of the two groups were evaluated.In addition,the satisfaction of 32 nurses in the observation group was investigated to verify whether the mind mapping teaching mode is helpful for TCM seminar courses.Results The TCM theory examination score of nursing staff in the observation group was(93.41±1.52)higher than(83.56±3.26)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of questionnaire survey among 32 nurses in the observation group was about 90.94%.Nurses in the observation group all recognized the effectiveness of mind mapping.Conclusion Mind mapping teaching can show the thematic re-lations of zang-xiang theory in the form of mutual subordination,so that nursing staff can have clear thinking and accurate analysis with it.In addition,it is beneficial for them to have structured thinking ability and comprehension memory ability in the process of dis-cussion.
