摘　　要：本文以2020年网络热点事件为例,阐释社交与智能媒体时代两个重要的舆论特征维度“出圈”与“折叠”,定义前者包括属性与影响两个层面,后者指向事件生成的阶层差异与意见观点的立场差异。“出圈”与“折叠”有其现实社会基础,同时受到传播逻辑的影响,本文从可见性展现、跨圈层互动、平台选择与算法影响三个层面对背后的传播逻辑作出初步解释,并探讨其对于媒体内容生产的启示。Based on analysis on hot Internet events in 2020,this study argues two key characteristics of public opinion emerge in the era of social and intelligent media,called"spillover"(chuquan)and"folding"(zhedie).By"spill-over",we mean both the attributes and influences go beyond the original social circles that the major actors belong to;by"folding"we focus on the social stratification in the production of Internet events on one side and opinion conflict on the other side.We analyze the main communication logics behind these two characteristics from three aspects:the new visibility in the new media environment,cross-circle interaction,and platform selection and algorithm curation.We conclude this study by discussing the implications for the news production of professional media organizations.
