氯波必利联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察氯波必利联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月在福建医科大学附属南平第一医院治疗的120例反流性咽喉炎患者,以随机数字表法分为埃索美拉唑镁组和氯波必利联合组各60例。埃索美拉唑镁组给予埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗。氯波必利联合组给予氯波必利联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗。观察并比较两组临床疗效,以及治疗后反流症状指数量表、反流体征和生活质量量表评分。结果 治疗后氯波必利联合组临床疗效以及反流症状指数量表、反流体征和生活质量量表评分均优于埃索美拉唑镁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氯波必利联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎,较单独使用埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,可进一步改善患者反流症状和体征,提高生活质量及临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of clebopride combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux laryngitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with reflux laryngitis who were treated in Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into esomeprazole group and clebopride combination group with 60 cases each. Esomeprazole group was treated with esomeprazole. The combination group was treated with clebopride and esomeprazole. Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups, as well as the scores of the reflux symptom index scale, reflux signs, and quality of life scale after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and the scores of reflux symptom index scale, reflux signs and quality of life scale of the clebopride combination group were significantly better than those of the esomeprazole group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with esomeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets alone, the combination of clebopride and esomeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets can further improve the reflux symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients.
