摘　　要：国家级名中医孙伟正认为急性淋巴细胞白血病的病因病机为正气亏虚,毒邪侵髓,强调气阴两虚贯穿始终,在治疗时主张以养阴益气扶正为主,佐以清热解毒以攻邪,依势遣方用药。自创验方济世饮作为治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病的经典验方,临床收效甚佳。Sun Weizheng considers that the cause and the pathogenesis of acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)belong to the depletion of healthy Qi,poison evil invading marrow,emphasizing Qi and Yin deficiency throughout the disease,he advocates nourishing Yin,benefiting Qi and enhancing healthy Qi as the main therapy,clearing heat and detoxifying as the adjuvant therapy,in order to remove the pathogenic factors,by using the prescription and herbs.He introduces self-made empirical formula Jishi drink as the classic one for the treatment of ALL with best clinical effects.
