中药口服液联合中药直肠滴入对溃疡性直肠炎临床疗效和炎症因子及凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药口服液联合中药直肠滴入对溃疡性直肠炎的护理效果。方法:将76例溃疡性直肠炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。给予对照组肠炎宁口服液联合护理干预,同时给予观察组中药直肠滴入护理。共干预4周。观察两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、凝血指标、不良反应及护理满意度。结果:观察组总有效率[92.11%(35/38)]明显高于对照组[73.68%(28/38)](P<0.05)。白细胞介素8、白细胞介素27、白细胞介素10及部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、D-二聚体水平干预前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组均明显改善,且观察组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率[5.26%(2/38)]明显低于对照组[21.05%(8/38)](P<0.05)。结论:中药口服液联合中药直肠滴入可有效抑制溃疡性直肠炎患者的炎症反应,改善患者凝血状态,减少患者不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To observe nursing effects of oral liquid of Chinese medicine and rectal dripping of Chinese medicine on ulcerative rectitis.Methods:All 76 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group,The control group accepted Changyanning oral liquid and nursing intervention,and the observation group rectal dripping of Chinese medicine.All intervention for four weeks.To observe clincal effects,inflammatory factors,coagulation indexes,adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction in the two groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[92.11%(35/38)],evidently higher than[73.68%(28/38)]of the control group(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of IL-8,IL-27,IL-10,partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time and D-dimer between both groups before the intervention(P>0.05),after the intervention,both groups improved apparently,and the improvements of the observation group were more noticeable than these of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was[5.26%(2/38)],obviously lower than[21.05%(8/38)]of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral liquid of Chinese medicine and rectal dripping of Chinese medicine could effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction in patients with ulcerative rectitis,improve coagulation state and lower the incidence of adverse reaction,as well as lift nursing satisfaction degree.
