摘　　要：从慢性硬膜下血肿发病的影响因素入手,探讨其中西医发病机制及诊断标准,认为该病的西医治疗以药物治疗和手术治疗为主;中医以辨证治疗及针灸康复治疗为主。Starting from the influencing factors of the development of chronic subdural hematoma,the paper discusses its pathogenesis in Chinese medicine and Western medicine and diagnostic criteria,Western medicine therapy for the disease focuses on medicine and surgery mainly;TCM treatment adopts syndrome differentiation and acupuncture rehabilitation.
