针刺乳腺活检病理诊断在乳腺癌中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺乳腺活检病理诊断在乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法200例乳腺癌患者作为临床研究对象,所有患者均接受粗针穿刺乳腺活检病理诊断。以组织病理学诊断结果为金标准,分析针刺乳腺活检病理诊断结果及针刺乳腺活检病理与组织病理学诊断对病理分型的检出结果;对比患者对组织病理学与针刺乳腺活检病理诊断的满意度。结果以组织病理学诊断结果为金标准,其诊断阳性为200例;针刺乳腺活检病理诊断的阳性检出率为98.50%(197/200)。组织病理学诊断对管内癌、黏液癌、浸润型导管癌的检出率分别为12.00%、9.00%、79.00%,针刺乳腺活检病理诊断对管内癌、黏液癌、浸润型导管癌检出率分别为12.00%、8.00%、78.50%。患者对针刺乳腺活检病理诊断的总满意度95.00%显著高于对组织病理学诊断的71.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺乳腺活检病理诊断在乳腺癌中具有较高的阳性检出率,且能够准确进行病理分型,可为临床医生的诊断提供有价值的依据,且患者对该诊断满意度更高,更易于在临床开展推广。Objective To discuss the application value of needle biopsy in pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 200 patients with breast cancer were selected as the clinical research subjects.All patients received histopathological diagnosis and needle biopsy.Taking histopathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the pathological diagnosis results of needle biopsy and the detection results of needle biopsy pathology and histopathology diagnosis for pathological classification were analyzed.The satisfaction of patients with histopathological diagnosis and needle biopsy was compared.Results Histopathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard,and 200 cases were positive.The positive rate of needle biopsy was 98.50%(197/200).The detection rates of intraductal carcinoma,mucinous carcinoma,and invasive ductal carcinoma by histopathological diagnosis were 12.00%,9.00%and 79.00%,respectively,while the detection rates of intraductal carcinoma,mucinous carcinoma,and invasive ductal carcinoma by needle biopsy were 12.00%,8.00%and 78.50%,respectively.The total satisfaction of patients with needle biopsy was 95.00%,which was higher than that of 71.00%with histopathological diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle biopsy pathology in breast cancer has high positive detection rate and accurate pathological classification,which can provide valuable basis for clinicians'diagnosis.And the patients are more satisfied with the diagnosis,which is easier to promote in clinical practice.
