基于“阴病宜灸”理论浅析灸法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床运用

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期女性常见的妇科内分泌疾病之一(常持续性无排卵,导致育龄期女性不孕,其病因至今尚不明确)。目前,临床常使用激素促排卵、穿刺抽吸未成熟卵泡、卵巢打孔术等现代医学技术,试图增加卵巢的排卵率,然使用以上技术促排卵常导致卵巢过度刺激综合征、子宫内膜生长受抑制、多胎妊娠等不良反应的出现。笔者通过查阅过往文献资料及学习总结临床案例,不断探究中医辅助生殖技术在多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍方面的临床应用,借鉴《伤寒论》中“阴病宜灸”的论治思想,结合导师的临床经验,发现临床使用灸法治疗多囊卵巢综合征可增加患者自发排卵率,减少不良反应,并提高远期疗效,是安全有效的中医辅助生殖技术。以温灸其任、冲、督脉及足三阴经可温养脏腑阳气,调畅气血,运化痰饮、水湿,使天癸如期至,月事以时下,故有子。文章结合导师临床医案,浅析基于“阴病宜灸”理论使用灸法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床运用。Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases in women of childbearing age.At present,modern medical technologies such as hormone ovulation promotion,puncture and aspiration of immature follicles,and ovarian perforation are often used clinically to try to increase the ovulation rate of the ovary.However,the use of the above technologies to promote ovulation often leads to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,inhibition of endometrial growth,multiple pregnancy and other adverse reactions.Referring to the theory of treatment of Yin disease should be treated by moxibustion(阴病宜灸)in Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》),combined with the clinical experience of the tutor,it is found that the clinical use of moxibustion to treat polycystic ovary syndrome can increase the spontaneous ovulation rate of patients,reduce adverse reactions,and improve long-term efficacy,which is a safe and effective assisted reproductive technology of TCM.Moxibustion by warming the Ren(任),Chong(冲),Du(督)meridians and the Foot Three Yin(足三阴)meridians can warm and nourish Yangqi(阳气)of the viscera,smooth the Qi(气)and blood,and transport phlegm and water dampness,so that Tiangui(天癸)will arrive as scheduled and menstruation will come on time,so there is a child.Based on the tutor’s clinical medical case,this paper analyzes the clinical application of moxibustion in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome based on the theory of Yin disease should be treated by moxibustion.
