崔文成教授基于“阴火论”治疗儿童多汗证经验

摘　　要：随着当代物质水平的提升,人民生活质量提高,儿童肥胖化倾向愈发严重,临床上常见一类“虚胖多汗”患儿。患儿出汗过多,影响正常作息,给儿童及父母带来生活困扰。西医治疗此类病证疗程长、疗效差、易反复,中医治疗具有独特优势。济南市中医医院儿科崔文成教授基于李杲(号东垣)“阴火论”学说,认为该病辨证应从脾、胃、肾着手。崔教授认为,儿童虚胖多汗是因为饮食不节。儿童饮食缺乏节制,导致脾虚胃热,损伤肾阴、肾阳;阴火上冲造成胃热,继而反过来导致儿童多饮多食,如此形成恶性循环。在治疗上,可补气升阳、除湿泻火、滋阴清热、固表止汗,佐以体育锻炼,以独特疗法治愈此类多汗患儿。文章结合案例介绍崔教授“阴火论”治疗儿童虚胖多汗经验,以期为临床提供参考。With the improvement of contemporary material living standards,children’s obesity tendency is becoming more and more serious.Clinically,we often see a kind of puffy and sweaty children.The children sweated too much,which affected their normal work and rest,and brought life troubles to children and their parents.Western medicine has a long course of treatment,poor efficacy,and is easy to repeat.TCM treatment has unique advantages.CUI Wencheng,a professor of pediatrics in Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,based on LI Gao’s theory of Yin-fire theory(阴火论),believes that the syndrome differentiation of the disease should start with the spleen,stomach and kidney.Professor CUI believes that children are puffy and sweaty because of improper diet.The lack of diet control in children leads to spleen deficiency and stomach heat,which damage kidney Yin(阴)and kidney Yang(阳).The upward rush of Yin fire causes stomach heat,which in turn causes children to drink and eat more,thus forming a vicious circle.In terms of treatment,it can replenish Qi(气)and promote Yang,remove dampness and dissipate fire,nourish Yin and clear heat,secure the exterior and stop perspiration,combined with physical exercise,so as to cure such hyperhidrotic children by this unique therapy.This article introduces Professor CUI’s experience in treating children’s puffiness and hyperhidrosis based on Yin fire theory,with a view to providing a reference for clinical practice.
