摘　　要：穴位敏化是穴位由“静息态”到“激活态”的动态变化过程,在此过程中穴位及其周围发生感觉敏感性和功能状态的改变。因此,穴位敏化的类型包括形态变化及功能状态变化,通过相应的检测手段可以进行敏化穴位的探查。穴位敏化的临床应用和基础研究各有侧重,临床应用方面多基于敏化穴位采用不同治疗方式对各类疾病进行疗效研究,基础研究较多关注穴位敏化机制及规律的研究。本研究将从穴位敏化的内涵、穴位敏化的类型及其探测方法、穴位敏化的临床研究与基础研究等方面进行探析,以明确当前穴位敏化研究的相关方向及其进展。Acupoint sensitization is the dynamic change process of acupoint from the‘resting state’to the‘active state’,during which changes of sensory sensitivity and functional state of acupoint and its surroundings occur.Therefore,the types of acupoint sensitization includes morphological changes and functional state changes,and the acupoint sensitization can be explored by corresponding detection means.Clinical application and basic research of acupoint sensitization have different focuses.Clinical application is mainly to study efficacy of different treatment methods in treatment of various disease based on acupoint sensitization,whereas basic research mainly focuses on mechanisms and rules of acupoint sensitization.This study reviewed connotation,types and detection methods,as well as clinical research and basic research of acupoint sensitization,so as to clarify current research direction and progress of acupoint sensitization.
