针灸防治化疗后骨髓抑制的研究进展

摘　　要：骨髓抑制是肿瘤化疗患者常见的不良反应,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,还干扰治疗进程。西医主要通过骨髓造血刺激因子和成分输血治疗骨髓抑制,但存在着乏力、发热甚至感染等弊端。目前中医药防治骨髓抑制的优势与临床疗效得到了广泛认可,除了中药汤剂、中成药等内服药物,针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷等针灸技术亦有明确疗效。现将针灸防治肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的研究进展做一综述。Myelosuppression is a common adverse reaction in tumor patients after chemotherapy,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of the patients,but also interferes with the course of treatment.Western medicine treatment mainly includes the use of bone marrow hematopoietic stimulating factors and blood component transfusion,but has the side effects of fatigue,fever and even causing infection.At present,the advantages and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression have been widely recognized.Beside the oral use of Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine,therapies of acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application and other external treatment methods also have definite curative effect.This review aims to summarize the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion for preventing and treating myelosuppression after chemotherapy.
