摘　　要：次磷酸钠生产副产的尾气(磷化氢)及废渣(亚磷酸钙)均有较好的转化价值。介绍了次磷酸钠生产的工艺原理和流程,以及副产物磷化氢和废渣亚磷酸钙的综合利用方法,分析了这些副产物综合利用的技术发展趋势,认为采用合理的回收工艺,生产高附加值的次磷酸钠系列产品,在企业内实现“自产自销”,既减少三废排放,减少环境污染,又可为企业带来一定的经济效益。The tail gas(phosphine)and waste residue(calcium phosphite)as by-products from sodium hypophosphite production offer good conversion value.The technological principle and process of sodium hypophosphite production are introduced,as well as the comprehensive utilization method of by-products phosphine and waste residue calcium phosphite,and the technological development trend of comprehensive utilization of these by-products is analyzed.The value-added sodium hypophosphite series products realize“self-production and self-sale”in the enterprise,which not only reduces the discharge of three wastes,reduces environmental pollution,but also brings certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
