摘  要:为合理选取大型薄壁双内圈双列角接触球轴承的预游隙,考虑工作转速、工作温度、过盈配合等因素对轴承游隙的影响,建立了轴承工作预紧力计算模型,通过分析预游隙和工作预紧力的关系选取预游隙。以46/200轴承为例,基于Romax仿真分析软件分析了工作预紧力、套圈与球的接触应力、轴承所受轴向和径向载荷、保持架兜孔作用力随预游隙的变化,结果表明合理的预游隙应为0.12~0.15 mm。试验表明该轴承温度和振动加速度稳定,试验后轴承尺寸无明显变化,零件无异常磨损,进一步说明预游隙选取合理。In order to select reasonably the preclearance of large size thin-walled double row angular contact ball bearings with two inner rings,considering the effects of working speed,working temperature,interference fit and other factors on clearance of the bearings,a calculation model is established for working preload of the bearings,and then the preclearance is selected by analyzing the relationship between preclearance and working preload.Taking 46/200 bearing as an example,the variation of working preload,contact stress between ring and ball,axial and radial load applied on bearing,force acting on cage pocket with preclearance is analyzed based on Romax simulation analysis software.The results show that the reasonable preclearance should be 0.12~0.15 mm.The test shows that the temperature and vibration acceleration of the bearing are stable,the size of the bearing has no obvious change after test,and the parts have no abnormal wear,further indicating that the selection of preclearance is reasonable.
