摘　　要：宋代明州属上州、节度州,南宋宁宗后又升为“府”,地方长官有节度使判、知州(府)之称,地方长官的称谓又因职官制度的改革和行政地位的提升而有所变化;明州由于其濒海的地理特征,重要的战略地位,曾于此设立沿海制置使司和市舶司等机构,其长官一般由知州兼任。In the Song Dynasty,Mingzhou was a high-level region headed by a military commissioner.During the Emperor Ningzong's reign in the Southern Song Dynasty,the region was upgraded to a prefecture.The titles of its head include Assistant Military Commissioner and Prefect,changed with the transformation of the government system and the upgrade of the place's administrative status.Given the coastal location and important strategic position of Mingzhou,a Coastal Military Commissioner's Office,a Maritime Trade Office and other institutions had been set here,headed usually by the Prefect.
