摘　　要：高校承担为社会培养人才的重要任务,伴随着我国产业结构的转型和调整,社会及企业对人才的需求正在发生着较大变化,如何培养能适应企业和社会发展的应用型人才,成为高校人才培养研究的重要课题。本文提出了一种基于定制培养的校企合作人才培养新模式,能有效解决传统校企合作中存在的问题,实现校企在人才培养过程中的全程合作,通过认知教育、定制培养,提升学生的专业技术能力,实现社会对应用型人才的需求。Universities undertake the important task of cultivating talents for enterprises and society.With the adjustment and transformation of China’s industrial structure and the rapid development of information technology,the demand for talents from enterprises and society is undergoing significant changes.How to cultivate applied talents that can adapt to the development of enterprises and society has become an important research topic in talent cultivation in universities.Based on this,this article proposes a new model of talent cultivation for school enterprise cooperation based on customized training,which solves the problems existing in traditional school enterprise cooperation,achieves full cooperation between schools and enterprises in the talent cultivation process,improves students’understanding of majors,industries,and professions,effectively improves students’professional and technical abilities,and adapts to the needs of society for talents.
