新时代高校党建与思政教育融合路径研究

摘　　要：高校肩负着人才培养等重要职能,必须坚持社会主义办学方向,将立德树人作为根本任务,回答好“培养什么人、怎么培养人、为谁培养人”这个基本问题。新时代背景下,加强高校基层党组织建设和品牌建设,对于提升支部战斗力、促进党员模范先锋作用发挥、提升大学生思想道德素养、构建大思政育人格局具有重要作用。以新形势下高校基层党建工作品牌打造与思政教育融合的可行性为切入点,指出目前融合存在的问题,论证了两者融合发展的理论逻辑,从党建理论、机制、模式、队伍、平台、特色六方面论述了新形势下高校党建品牌打造与思想政治教育融合的路径。Colleges and universities shoulder important functions such as personnel training.They must adhere to the socialist orientation of running schools,take moral cultivation as their fundamental task,and properly answer the basic question of“whom to train,how to train,and for whom to train”.Under the background of the new era,strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations and brand construction in colleges and universities plays an important role in enhancing the combat effectiveness of branches,promoting the exemplary vanguard role of party members,enhancing the ideological and moral quality of college students,and constructing the pattern of ideological and political education.In this paper,the feasibility of the integration of brand building and ideological and political education in grass-roots party building in colleges and universities under the new situation is taken as the entry point,the existing problems of integration are pointed out,the theoretical logic of the integration development of the two is demonstrated,and the path of the integration of party building brand building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation is discussed from six aspects of party building theory,mechanism,mode,team,platform and characteristics.
