摘　　要：飞速发展的汽车行业,对黏接剂供应及配量泵控制的实时性和通讯速度提出了更高的要求,开发了一种基于EtherCAT工业现场总线的黏接剂供应及配量泵控制系统,在分析了黏结剂供应的控制难点基础上,给出了模糊PID控制算法实现配量泵精密控制策略。同时给出了该控制系统的硬件配置及软件流程,解决了黏接剂气泡检测问题,使汽车涂胶系统更为便捷和可靠。实验测试结果分析得出:该控制系统具有高精度、响应快速、操作便捷的优点。With the rapid development of automobile industry,a higher demand for the real time and communication speed of adhesive supply and dosing pump control has been put forward.A control system of adhesive supply and dosing pump based on etherCAT industrial fieldbus is designed and developed.The control difficulties of adhesive supply are analyzed,and the precise control strategy of dosing pump based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is given.The hardware configuration and software flow chart of the control system are given,and solves the problem of bubble detection of adhesives and makes the automobile gluing system more convenient and reliable.The experimental results show that the control system has the advantages of high precision,fast response and convenient operation.
